New StapleOver the summer this has become my go to lip product. I have it in the cherry and nude colors, and while they don't add a ton of color, they give my lips the perfect hint of color and the most beautiful glossy shine without being sticky or uncomfortable. It wears so nice and leaves my lips feeling moisturized and comfortable afterwards. My absolute favorite new look is a bit of a 'my lips but better' liner + one of these glosses on top. It looks so natural but gives the lips that juicy full look. To look more dramatic I just add more liner. So easy. The only con would be if you absolutely hate scented products, these smell sweet, like popsicles. I think they smell great, though, and the scent goes away within a minute like most glosses!Less like lip oil more like glossAfter opening box i broke out in excited squells bc it was adorable. Vibrant colored and thick silicone grip i hoped the stuff worked as good as it looked. I glided it on it was smooth applying it. Set timer to test the life after one time applying it. At 3 min mark it was oily the first few min at 3 min the oily went to sticky. It increased the more my lips rubbed together. At 5 min shine was gone and got first whiff of the scent. Mild and sweet but brought back memories of young 8 year me playing makeover and had those cheap sweet candy scented glosses that smelled funky 7 min my tummy was flipping from the smell and stickiness began to fade. By 9 min the sticky was faded out no shine lips were almost dry. By 13 min lips were dry not even a hint of the gloss left. Wasnt long lasting. Overall as long as u keep reapplying it then ur good.

I love tarte been using this brand since i was 13 i never write reviews but i got gifted this "oil" thats so thick its a gloss not a oil.You have to redip 3-4 times to get the gloss effect actually there bc barely any product gets on the applicator.Love all of tarts products except for this, extremely disappointing.

Literally my favorite lip oil but the stopper keeps breaking

I adore this lip oil like so much its my favorite but I've had to buy it twice now and the second time was before the first one was even done it wasn't usable anymore the stopper keeps breaking and basically ruining the product and it ends up getting messy after that I just now almost finished my second one and I just had to take out the stopper because it was breaking and so was the like part you screw on where the stopper usually is. The product is amazing though and i love the formula its just the one issue with he stopper and also the second time I bought it the packaging was different but it didn't bother me I actually liked how like the applicator changed a bit because it didn't break like the one I had before sadly it did end up breaking but oh well also I miss the like matte top and the teal color it went so well.

Best Lip Gloss! (not a lip oil..imo)

The only problem with this is that it's not a lip oil. It's a lip gloss, BUT I love it! This is the best lipgloss I've ever used. I am lip gloss junkie and this product is my favorite.

This lip oil is my absolute fav. It's thick, glossy, and not sticky. It has the perfect hint of color when applied. I do wish the applicator was a doe foot applicator but other than that this lip oil is amazing and is perfect

Smells great gives lips a glow but bad applicator

The only con I have about this product is the applicator. I feel as if it's very stiff and doesn't pick up that much product meaning you have to dip in twice. A good applicator for lip oils really elevates the product and determines how much someone reaches for it and this one feels to thick and stiff.
