This liner is beautiful and goes on smooth and also has staying power. I also use it for a lip liner. However, I have purchased this twice now and about 1/4 of the way in on both purchases, it breaks off a significant amount of the liner and therefore you lose a good amount of it or it cannot be us...

This eyeliner applies easily without pulling your skin. It doesn't smudge, and the color is subtle enough that I can use a thick line without looking harsh. I use electric brown and Rouge Noir.
BEST eyeliner for lower lash line
#12 is what I use to line my lower lashes. It's perfect for everyday definition. I'm surprised these aren't more popular! I like shade #4 as a liner, and as a shadow to deepen my outer eye corner.
