Good
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It's very practical that you can change the heads, so you only need one tool. It saves on space, it heats up very fast I'm very happy with it. And I like that you can set it on the counter without worrying if it's going to burn the counter since it has a stand.
Defective product "error"
I was super excited to try this curling iron out. I even bought other barrels. It worked great … ONCE. I tried using it a second time and kept receiving "error" message. Ulta customer service immediately sent a replacement….. And that one did the same thing. Returned for a refund. You get what you pay for.

Barrel larger than expected.
Did a search on the Ulta website for 1" barrel curling iron. This came up with good reviews so I ordered it. Upon arrival, I realized that it was 1.25, so I returned it. can't speak to quality, but was disappointed in being led to this product on website that was something other than my search.
