My last blow dryer was a babyliss pro and it lasted 5 years before it died and I loved it. This one is even better. Like my last one, it cuts my dry time in half - from 40 to 20 minutes. It leaves my hair shiny and frizz free. I have long, medium thick, slightly wavy hair. I don't even need to flat iron my hair after blowing it out with this. It gave me incredibly soft, swingy, shiny hair. The dryer is very light - the lightest I've had yet. The auto turn off sensor is a great feature if you use a round brush and set the dryer down to grab a new section of hair. The included attachments are quite a plus - my last babyliss didn't come with any. I especially like the concentrated nozzle to cut down on frizz. The dryer has a sleek high end look - much nicer in person than the photos. Basically I'm super pleased and hope I get a good 5 years out of this one. As a bonus, I got the cuisinart infusion mixer as a free gift and it's much nicer than expected.
It's an ok dryer, a bit heavy and the buttons are a bit clunky to get used to. It doesn't have a coolshot which was a little disappointing. Works ok - wish I had returned it as it was just ok. Did its job and it fit the diffuser I wanted, so I kept it. Unfortunately, 5 months in, I decided to try the comb/pick attachment and that was the end of the dryer. I used it in my hair, started to smell the heat, it shorted and blew a fuse. I didn't have time to try to see if it just overheated, so flipped the switch and used an old dryer I had instead. Next time, I tried to use the Leandro, it doesn't work anymore. I think the motor just burned out when it shorted. It won't work again. It's too late for the return to Ulta and I emailed the manufacturer, so we'll see what happens next. It was "ok"...when it was working.

The attachments do not stay on. I gave it many uses and am so frustrated with this product and the attachments constantly falling off. Unfortunately I'm now outside the return window as I was hoping I could look past the issues. Not worth the frustration. Do not buy.

This dryer gets super hot and the cool shot does nothing! The cord is long which is great but it tangles easily and it's very hard to tangle. There is nothing great about this dryer at all I have been using my old dryer because I don't like this one at all and my old one was much cheaper even though I did get this on sale. This will burn your scalp and hair! Don't waste your $$$

I really really really wanted to love this blow dryer, I even got it on sale half off. I actually loved everything about it, unfortunately the attachments do not stay on at all! I even called Babyliss to see what they can do and all they said was return it to Ulta. I checked with my friend who also purchased it she had the same problem, and there is other review's saying the same. For this amount of money that's ridiculous. They don't even sell a comb attachment that could fit over it. So I will have return it unfortunately.
