I already own an expensive professional grade microneedling pen. I wanted something less expensive to use when I'm traveling abroad. This pen fits perfectly into my toiletry bag. The disposable heads are affordable and it gets the job done. The nano tip is lack luster. The treatment plate (prick panel) has fallen off several of them. I won't order those again. I'll just use the other needle heads. You can safely use this device without the need of a topical anesthetic in most adults. It's easy to use and assemble.

So easy to use! There is a wheel that allows you to control the depth of the needle, and it's an easy click of the power button to cycle through the three speeds. I found the chart with recommended depth and speed for different areas of the face very useful. Love that you get a sterile needle every treatment! The needle cartridges were really easy to insert. I definitely recommend a numbing cream first. Wipe it off and then use some kind of gentle serum while you're using the device so it glides over the skin. I'm so happy I bought this system! It's so easy to use, very little practice needed. And it's SO affordable!
