I purchased this after reading all the wonderful reviews. I've tried it numerous times and it does not remove the peach fuzz on my face. Not sure if it's because I'm left-handed but I doubt that's the issue. I was hoping this would save me from having the hair removed professionally and save a little money, but that has not been the case. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

I bought the Sonicsmooth Pro hoping it would remove the facial fuzz on my face as shown in the infomercial. I was very excited to try it, but when I used it for the first time, nothing happened—no fuzz was removed. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I tried a second and even a third time, but still no results. The only thing visible were the particles from the hair identifier spray that I bought with the machine, not my facial fuzz. Very disappointed, but I learned my lesson—don't trust everything you see.

The sonicsmooth expertly trims the hair at the surface and does not affect the root of the hair. In addition the sonicsmooth, is specifically designed for the skin and finer hair on a woman’s face, which is different than that of a man’s. I am wondering if the pre treatment cleanser and post treatment serum are both non comedogenic (does not "clog" pores), and are fragrance free? My face is very sensitive to facial products, and my dermatologist advised me to use only non comedogenic facial products with NO fragrances. Can I use my own special cleanser before using this product and my own hydrating serum after using?

- Official Answer By Michael Todd Beauty - BEHello, good question - the sonicsmooth pre treatment cleanser and post treatment serum are non comedogenic and neither contain fragrances - only essential oils. However, you can use your preferred cleanser as long as it is drying as this is KEY to the most effective treatment. You can also use your own hydrating serum afterwards as well. Hope this helps!
