This eyeliner is so beautiful. It has a decent applicator were you can do a thick or even thin line. I love the glitter and reflect this eyeliner has. It does dry down but can wear off slightly. The color is absolutely gorgeous

I really tried to love this liquid eye liner… I did. I've been trying to incorporate it into my makeup looks multiple times a week but it's so… dull and disappointing. When I first used it, the brush was so hard I almost poked my eye out, then the formula was so watery it bloobed all over my eye… so I went for a "rub it out" Smokey look and I loved it because of the subtle purple on my lashline/waterline with the glitter but not even 3 hours later I noticed it wore off quite a bit and I didn't notice much of the glitter. If a new formula comes out I would love to try it out because I usually love ULTA products!
