Most Helpful Positive Review My go to foundation! I have dry skin and break out easily and dermablend is the only foundation that doesn't make me break out but still conceals all my past breakout redness! Very pigmented and you only need a pea sized amount! Literally! Lasted me around 6 months if used correctly! Made me confident by giving me a flawless complexion.
Most Helpful Critical Review I want to love this, but.. I can't love it as much as I want to because I bought the lightest shade (LINEN) and it makes me look orange. I am pale, ridiculously so, and getting a foundation for my skin is nearly impossible. Anything darker than something that matches my exact skin tone is too unnatural. I'm so disappointed because this stuff isn't cheap, and on the whole I really like it. It covers well (even if it clings to dry spots) it goes on easily and doesn't settle in the fine lines of my face, the coverage is nearly flawless, the color is just awful for my skin tone. I'm going to have to give it to a friend and I'm back to square one.

This used to be my all time favorite foundation, I thought it was perfect both from a coverage and staying power perspective. But they must have changed the formula a few years ago because now it slides all over the place and even the colors don't seem the same. Wish they would bring back the old one it was amazing! Would not continue using this one at all.

This is the best foundation to cover anything and good for sensitive skin. I got a laser treatment done and my skin is very very red and purple at the moment and very sensitive and this covered it completely. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good full coverage makeup. It hasn't irritated my skin at all either.

I bought this to try bc of the SPF (which's very important & 1 less product to put on my face) & it says it's supposed to be flawless, buildable long wearing coverage. I was told it comes in matte or dewy; which after buying I'm not finding the 2 different types of foundation. It does provide much better natural coverage than my All Nighter Urban Decay! The coverage's more natural looking as well & covers my melasma, maybe a little better than Urban Decay. But I do get that dewy look as the day goes on, which I don't like, otherwise I've no complaints. The true test will be this summer when I'm boating & doing water activities in the lake. Urban Decay seems to uphold these summer activities & I get comments on how it looks still fresh & like I've spent no time in the lake or pool.

So after reading reviews, I thought this would be great for me. My skin has been bipolar this past year. Some days it's dry, some days it's oily, other days it's flaming RED. I also have hyper pigmentation in areas. In purchasing this, I knew it was medium coverage only which is why I also purchased the concealer. What I love about this foundation is that it's very light on the skin. It doesn't feel heavy and thick. I also love the fact that it's easily buildable for more coverage, however, once you do start blending this is when it starts to cause issues if it's going to.
The foundation does not always cause issues for me, only when I have dry spots - it tends to accentuate the dry spot which is what I thought this foundation DIDN'T do. Either way, I will continue to use it but not every day.

I was really looking forward to trying this foundation. I have rosacea and really dry skin. When I looked at the reviews and videos on this product everyone stated it was hydrating. The product stated it wouldn't irritate my skin too. I tried it on twice at two different times just to make sure it wasn't a me problem and every time I broke out bad. I've gotten my skin almost under control so I knew it was the foundation and not me. It also made my dry patches stand out more and dried my skin out so bad. This foundation dried my skin so bad the foundation will start to break off me. This product was wearing off within 2 hours. I really wanted to like it. I really had high hopes for this foundation. After watching and reading all the reviews on this product, I was hoping I'd make it my everyday go to foundation. Everyone is different, so maybe others will love this foundation.

I really like this stuff. It covers really well, blends well, wears well and a little goes a SUPER long way. I'd say this covers almost like a full and doesn't feel heavy or cake up.

This is truly IT for people with dry and/or textured skin. I have rosacea and therefore struggle with both and had pretty much given up on foundation entirely. I tried a TON of formulas and felt like everything exaggerated my dryness and gathered in my textured areas. I do think that a good primer is crucial, but this foundation is KEY. Like, I frequently have a chapped nose from allergies, but you would never know when I wear this! AMAZING!

I've tried a ton of different brands/types of foundation over the years and I continue to come back to this brand and formula. It works well with my combo/oily skin, the coverage is intense and it has a really nice finish. Even as I age, this foundation continues to look good on my skin as opposed to dewier finishes...LOVE.

I have very sensitive skin and as far as not breaking my skin out it's good. This foundation is thick and a little hard to blend with a brush but it's good with a damp beauty beauty blender. I personally like the Clinique redness solutions foundation better for my skin.

I called Dermablend and they recommended 65N on the phone. I purchased it twice. The first time I wasn't too impressed with coverage. Now, I know how to properly apply. It's lightweight and makes me look radiant. I add the Bronze coverage concealer. I'm 48 and I look 30! I get compliments A L L the time.

It was terrible product in the nineties. I asked if changed the formula since. They refused to answer. Makes me wonder. I broke out in hives and it aged me by 30 years. You don't want that when you are a teen. I wanted to give it another chance, but I could not get a honest answer. How can they say they don't remembered what the ingredients were back then? They made it.

Coverage is great and it feels like you aren't wearing any makeup! But then... about 3 hours into wearing it my face starts looking like a grease ball. I do not think my face has ever been this greasy except for maybe that one time I put olive oil on my face! It looks horrible and it get so greasy that the coverage starts fading because the makeup comes off due to the greasiness of the makeup. This makeup might be fantastic for some but for someone like me with a combo skin type it was a major fail!

I wanted to love this foundation because the color is almost a perfect match to my neck and chest but within about an hour or two of wear, it started to separate in my nose/cheek/chin area. I used good primer, and Dermablend setting powder. For the high price point and minimal product, I won't be giving it another shot.
