I've tried a lot of sleep supplements, but this one actually works. I mix it with warm water 20–30 minutes before bed, and it really helps me relax. The magnesium eases muscle tension, and the valerian root and passion flower calm my mind without making me feel sedated. The small dose of melatonin helps me fall asleep naturally, and I wake up refreshed. It's become a simple, effective part of my nighttime routine, and I genuinely look forward to it every night.

Restful night's sleep.
I have generalized anxiety and a good night's sleep often feels like a distant dream. My mind is constantly running through a to do list, replaying conversations, stressing out about tomorrow, and worrying about anything and everything. I've tried all the usual tricks, lavender oil, reading before b...

Worth a try if you aren't sensitive to melatonin
I tried the Rookie Sleep Relaxation and Sleep supplement in the strawberry pineapple flavor, and I wanted to share my experience. Tastes great and amazing for sleep
I started taking these because i have a hard time falling asleep at a appropriate time and definitely needed something to help relaxe me and promote sleep. I liked the taste of these and felt like I got a much deeper sleep than I usually do and my sleep quality felt so much better. The drunk is easy to prepare the flavor is good and tastes like a regular drink mix, much better with ice though and you need to use a scissor to open the packets. Overall they're highly effective for sleep and id recommend this.

a great sleep but a little sweet
I received this product as part of an educational promotion in exchange for my honest review. With so much going on, we all look for a great way to be rested, and get a great night's sleep. This comes in a powder form (think of how hydration sticks or other water enhancers come), and is easy to pack for on the go or traveling. It suggests drinking it with chilled water. I tried it every time with a chilled bottle of water. It was refreshing, but a little sweet for my taste, even though it is sugar-free, and uses stevia, a plant based sweetener. I'd say just use half a pack, but I want the benefits of being sleepy. It takes about 20 minutes to work, and you definitely are ready to sleep. Magnesium is the main sleep ingredient. There is a very tiny amount of melatonin (0.6 mg), also vitamin D, natural pineapple, valerian root, passion flower, and it's pretty low in sodium (35 mg). I definitely felt well rested after waking up. I probably would not recommend if getting up super early, as it did take a few minutes to fully wake up.
LIFE SAVER!
I'm the type of mom that stays up doomscrolling once my son is sleeping. It's the only free time I get honestly. However, these have been a game-changer for me! My mind constantly races and I'm always thinking of what I need to do next, or what I should have done. Rookie Wellness Sleep has changed that for me. It allows my brain and body to truly relax! It is rare for me to relax, whether it's the daytime or bedtime. You mix a single packet in about a half bottle of water. It tastes better chilled, but room temp tastes just fine! The taste is so good that it actually makes me want to drink more. It's really tasty. I drink it about 30 minutes before I know I'm going to go to bed. I play on my phone for 15-20 minutes until I start to get sleepy, and my eyes begin to get heavy. Then I make myself put my phone away, and shortly after I'm asleep. I feel so rested when I wake up. I also find myself staying asleep throughout the night, as that's something I've also struggle with. I've tried other sleep drink packets (TruLabs) before and there taste was HORRIBLE. I didn't see the results that I saw with this product. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to quiet their brain and relax to get a good night's sleep. You truly get a nice, quality night of sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least!
Actually helps me wind down (but not perfect)
I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule for a while, so I decided to try the Rookie Wellness Sleep supplement from Ulta Beauty… and I'm honestly impressed, but with a few notes. First of all, I LOVE how easy it is to use. It comes in little packets that you just mix with water and drink about 20–30 minutes before bed. It feels more like a nighttime drink than a supplement, which makes it easier to stay consistent. What I noticed right away is that it doesn't knock you out like traditional sleep aids. Instead, it kind of calms your mind gradually. My thoughts slow down, I feel more relaxed, and falling asleep feels more natural. That makes sense since it has ingredients like magnesium, valerian root, passionflower, and a low dose of melatonin . The biggest win for me: I don't wake up feeling groggy. That's been a huge issue with other sleep products, so I really appreciate that this one feels more gentle.
I'd buy this!
The Rookie Wellness- Sleep in Strawberry Pineapple worked pretty well for me. The taste was better than I was expecting, though I wasn't sure what strawberry and pineapple together would taste like. I feel like it's stronger on the strawberry. As far as effective, I do feel like it helped me fall asleep easier, sleep harder and I would wake up feeling rested. The only thing I didn't really care for was how much water you're supposed to mix it with so close to going to bed. It says about 10ish oz of water 30 minutes prior to when you want to go to sleep. I try not to drink much before bed as I often have to wake up to use the restroom in the middle of the night.
