I have only been using the Nakery roller. It seems to be loosening up the tension in my neck. But it's slow recovery . The roller ball feels good on my skin and glides easily over the affected area.

Yes I have waiting and wondering if Nakery would make a roll on..and she did..love it..it works especially when a person can get to the pain by themselve...and I now can... Thanks muchly !! ( a tip Liz..instead of the heavy ball inside..maybe a plastic one would be just as good in the roll on?..not sure..not complaing love it just as is..thinking a plastic ball would save you money ?)
