How To Use

Peel label to open. To remove makeup: Hold towelette over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away without harsh rubbing.

Soft skin ain't no sinI tried the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Makeup Removing Towelettes and OH MAN was I blown away! I consider myself someone with mature skin being in my late 40's. I have very sensitive and fair skin and have lots of freckles. I have few wrinkles due to my oily complexion and often have breakouts of blackheads and an occasional whitehead near my nose. I wear concealer, powder, blush, eyeliner and mascara. I used the micellar wipes according to the package instructions holding the wipe on my closed eye for about 20 seconds. I gently wiped my eyes in a downward motion following the natural curve of my lashes. I made several swipes before opening my eyes and then opened my eye to remove residual mascara from underneath my eye. I repeated that same procedure on the other eye and had only used half of one side of the towelette. I then started on my forehead and used small wiping motions all the way down my face according to package directions. I was able to remove all of my makeup with one towelette and couldn't believe how incredibly smooth and soft my skin felt. I used a second wipe to ensure that all my makeup was removed and noticed that there was no makeup to be seen on the second wipe. I was impressed that one wipe was able to remove my makeup and really liked the softness of my skin. I have used these wipes for the past 6 days and feel that they haven't caused my sensitive skin to breakout any more than usual and I have had no skin irritation whatsoever. I think these wipes have exceptional cleansing power and are certainly going to be useful when on the go. I would certainly recommend these wipes to anyone who needs a gentle face cleanser that doesn't cause irritation or oiliness.EhI wear waterproof mascara and sometimes eyeliner, so I definitely need something that will remove waterproof makeup. I had been using the same product but in the 13.5 oz bottle version, so I decided to try the towelettes hoping they would simplify that process (i.e. not having to use a cotton ball/pad to apply/use it). Both do the job but these towelettes seem to be very dry, making them a little more difficult to use because I feel like I have to rub my eyelid raw to remove the makeup. NOTE: I didn't notice until after I got home and opened the package to use for the first time that there was a small tear in the packaging, so there's a chance that might've caused them to dry out slightly; maybe they're aren't normally as dry as what I'm experiencing. I'm willing to give them another chance, but most likely I'll be switching back to the bottle and cotton ball/pad application process.

Wipes were pretty dry fresh out of the package so I knew this was not a good sign. Sure enough, it left more eye makeup on my eyes than any other makeup wipes I have used in the past (i.e. Simple, Aveeno, Pacifica were much better) I gave it 2 stars because it did not leave a greasy residue or irritate my dry skin. But as far as removing makeup, it did not even come close to getting all of it off.

these actually work really well! i love them for easy removal in a pinch. they aren't too drying on the skin at all and removes eye makeup pretty well!

I usually use the liquid Micellar cleansing water. I've been waiting for the cloths in the same one. I will be purchasing more! My skin feels clean and refreshed after using both products.

I use the pink micellar water wipes and have had no issues but my grocery store was out so I bought these. Worst mistake ever, my skin is breaking out and now so dry it's flaky. I don't even have sensitive skin! Would never recommend these!
