Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Try with Garnier's reusable Garnier Micellar Eco Pads.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Ok- but seems soapy
I like micellar water and usually use the pink one. I bought this because it says it has hyaluronic acid in it and I have dry skin. However, if you shake the bottle, it has soap bubbles at the top, yet it says you don't have to rinse it off.
