I received this SeroVital Skin Revive from Serovital and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. Healthier skin and more energy sounded A-OK to me. I'm on my third month of taking this capsule duo ( 2 in the morning and 4 at night). They are relatively easy to swallow and have zero taste. While I've experienced zero negatives since starting these, I haven't noticed the energy boost I had been hoping for. My skin is slightly firmer looking though so that shows promise. One thing I have to take into consideration is that it is now frigid winter here and that takes a toll on the skin as well as the early darkness zapping my energy/drive. Will be taking one last profile snapshot at the end of these to decide if I want to continue on with more. I've been taking this vitamin complex for about 2. 5 months now. The box comes with two bottles: you take 4 capsules from the first bottle in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 hours before your first meal, and the second dose is taken in the morning or during the day with food. The formula is very balanced with interesting ingredients, especially in the part that's taken on an empty stomach. The changes I really noticed are in my skin -the skin on my body feels more elastic and no longer dry. The full results are expected after 90 days, so I'm still in the process. I haven't experienced any side effects, and I'm very happy with the quality so far. Serovital also has special patents for these supplements, which are listed on the packaging.
