Most Helpful Positive Review Refreshing, Non-Oily, and Super Soft This is honestly a skin saver! Before I go into it, I'll give you a brief description of my skin type.
I have sensitive skin but an oily T-Zone; I live in Texas, and my skin is either super oily or incredibly dry; I follow a healthy diet/lifestyle; I don't wear a lot of make-up; I have a lot of autoimmune disorders (meaning my products need to be organic and gluten-free).
On to my experience! This winter has been HORRIBLE for my face. I started breaking out in a rash, and my cheeks/forehead was flaking and super itchy. After taking a chance with this, it has changed my life and my confidence! Literally, after the first use, my face felt softer! I use it in the morning after I wake up and in the evening after I shower. NOTE: I use this in combination with the Derma E Skin De-Stress CBD Cleanser. After I rinse, I apply the cream. HOWEVER, please do not expect this to work right away. As with everything, you have to give it some time. It took about a week or so until the flaking went away.
This is not a super thick and heavy cream. It is lightweight but not watery. I don't mind this, but I feel like this contributes to me having to reapply AGAIN throughout the day. My recommendation is to apply a section at a time (left cheek, right cheek, forehead, etc.), using a circular motion until it is absorbed. It takes maybe 5 minutes for the entire process (rinse and lotion), but it is SO WORTH IT. It's been two weeks since I purchased, and my flaking and rash are majority gone. I still have a little, but again, our winter this year is not helping. Overall, I would purchase again, but I am always open to trying something new. If you would like to try this, I say it is worth the shot.
Most Helpful Critical Review Burning Skin & Redness I wanted so badly to love this product! However, after the first use my skin became red and started burning. I thought maybe this was just my skin adjusting to the product, but sadly it became worse and worse with each application. I was forced to stop using it because little red bumps started appearing and the burning also became worse. This could just be my experience because I do have very sensitive, fair skin. This was supposed to help calm my skin and instead it made it extremely irritated. So bummed! :(

it works. 0 complaints. really nice and moisturizing without being slimy. helps calm down my redness and leaves my skin feeling super nice. also a little goes a long way, so i'll be using this for a while. you can't beat the quality for the price with these products. and vegan and cf? amazing

I bought this because I was sold at "calming"…I was experiencing a lot of little bumps and redness and on my lower jaw line almost as if my skin was freaking out and I've been using this for about 4 days now and I definitely see my skin SO MUCH better, the redness is gone, the bumps are gone. This moisturizer is very soothing but not thick, and leaves a matte finish which I'm loving rn. If my skin starts to feel dry I will need extra moisture though.

I have incredibly sensitive skin and I'm always a little hesitant to try something new, but this was love at first try! I haven't had any bad reactions and my skin looks and feels amazing. This is definitely my new go-to and I would highly recommend it!

I love this product! It took a few days for my skin to adjust to it but overall I love it. Its not greasy at all once you put it on. I have pretty dry skin and it keeps me moisturized for most of the day.

I have combo skin and I been trying to find something that's not too oily and will help my skin during the winter. I came upon this CBD Moisturizer and I fell in love. It is smooth, not greasy, not so fragrant, and it left my skin moisturized and soft. I would definitely buy this again.

I love this product line, and this moisturizer will be a permanent staple for me, but if you ask me it isn't quite as flexible as the serum from the same line. Sometimes it feels overly redundant to use both so I usually choose one or the other. Obviously it's far more rich than the serum, which is great for soothing my highly sensitive/acne-prone skin after a thorough cleansing/exfoliating session at night. It also has a light, fast-absorbing matte finish while still being very hydrating and I love that. This would be awesome for minimizing oily shine during the daytime, but since it doesn't have spf I usually opt for my moisturizer with sunscreen in the morning (unless it's very cloudy or late in the day). It also lacks many repairing ingredients that would take it to the next level. All-in-all my favorite for soothing, but could be better at protecting/repairing.

This is the only moisturizer that works for me. I have very dry, sensitive skin. Add adult acne on top of that. I have tried many different moisturizers, and none of them work like this. I have soft skin now, and no crazy breakouts! It even calms the red. Highly recommend.

I normally love derma e products but I had a horrible, red, burning allergic reaction to this. Checked the ingredient list and there is one on there that commonly causes allergic reactions.. thinking it might be in the hylaronic cream too because I had a reaction to that as well. I don't have sensitive skin either. Do a lengthy patch test before using this product.

I've been using this in combination with the serum for about a week and a half, and my skin has already 99% cleared up. Its amazing and i'm really surprised how great this product is. I would recommend this to anyone with breakouts or acne prone skin. If you're super dry you may need a little something extra, but even drier skin would work with this line. Love it!

Cured my hormonal acne after 6 months of suffering.
I also had random freckles and bumps appear on my hand and after a month and some change of daily use they're all gone.
It is a matte finish so I always go in with a hydrating moisturizer & my dry skin still comes out dewy at the end of my routine.
Found out I was allergic & disappointed. 4

I liked the moisturizing power of this product. It did not cause breakouts for me. Unfortunately I seem to be allergic to hemp/cbd and could not continue to use it. If you are not allergic to hemp/cbd (and few will be) it will be a good moisturizer.

I have tried this for a month. I have normal skin, but I still wanted to give this product a try. It is very calming and soothing but I don't like that it has a matte finish. Because of that my skin over produced oil. I ended up with clogged pores and acne. I wish this product was not matte finish because it is really great, but for now a NO.

I was at a loss with my skin and how to manage it. I was dealing with really bad skin flare-ups of itchy red patches and hormonal acne. I've always had very dry and very sensitive skin with rosacea. In the last 2 years I was struggling to find the best skincare for my personal needs. And I knew i wanted to try a moisturizer with CBD, as I heard great things about CBD for the skin with what I was dealing with. I bought this with hopes that it would help. The day i put this on my skin cleared up overnight. It truly healed my skin from within, and it really penetrates the pores giving you deep hydration. I will never use any other moisturizer. I also bought the matching CBD serum. My skin is like glass. It's so glowy and plumped and hydrated. The redness has decreased and it clears up any flare-ups i may get. I will never use any other moisturizer. I've been using it consistently for the last year or so. If you have skin like mine do try this! A little goes a long way. One bottle lasts me maybe 5 months. My makeup also pairs very well with this moisturizer.

I have very dry sensitive red skin, this does a great job to stop redness but you need to use it before a more moisturizing cream if you have dry sensitive skin. It will leave you feeling right and dry until you put something else on, on top. If you pair with something more hydrating it works great. I only give one less star since you do have to pair it. It use the Ursa Major Golden Hour Recovery Cream.

I have combination and acne prone skin. I got this moisturizer about a month ago, at first I put a dot on 5 spots on my face, but that was too much and made me oily/shiny. Then I started just dipping two fingers in, rubbing my fingers together, then dotting it around my face to spread. This works a lot better for me now, I love how calming it feels on my face, and not oily anymore. Will buy again.
