Sturdy silicone back brush works as intended
I like this back brush. I find it is easier to use this brush to reach my upper back from bottom-up rather than from over the shoulder, top-down. I've only used it for about two weeks now so I can't say anything about it growing mold, but I imagine it should be easy to eradicate the mold if it does ...

I Love This Brush
Great price for a super clean brush. It's hygenic because it's silicone and is easily cleaned. I don't use shower gel, so can't speak to the negative comments about gel falling straight through. I suds up my back and scrub away. It is clean and scrubs well.
Rubber bristles flimsy
The rubber bristles are flimsy and fell off before I could even use the product.

Mixed feelings
I bought this back brush 6-8 months ago because I injured my upper back/shoulders & neck and can't easily reach my back like I used to. The silicone bristles are very soft & gentle on your skin. The soap lathers very well if you wet the brush first, apply your body wash to the brush, and do a quick pass under the shower to wet it down again. I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis and don't always have the best grip strength & struggle holding and/or using this back brush because it's heavier than others I've used. PLUS, it's awkward when trying to wash your whole back because you can't reach your upper back/shoulder with the brush. You can only effectively reach & wash your upper back by reaching behind your back so you can access your upper back, which defeats the purpose of why I bought this to start with. My upper back/shoulder area as well as my mid-lower outer sides of my back mildly break out, especially during the Summer when I sweat more. Washing the outer area of my back with this brush is a little awkward because of the shape of the brush. It doesn't have any curvature to it because it's "double-sided". The other side is pretty much useless anyway. They should redesign this brush without the double-side and add an ergonomic curve to the handle. I also saw some comments that mentioned mold. I've only used this a handleful of times & it has just been sitting in the holder of my shower organizer ever since! It has constantly been exposed to steam/water...ZERO mold! It's silicone & bleach friendly if yours does get funky. I ended up buying a different loofa with an ergonomic handle from somewhere else and primarily use that instead
