I'll never EVER use a different product. I tried Tula for thd first time a little over a year ago and loved it immediately. It made my skin feel so amazing and fresh. After my first order ran out, I decided to try switch and give Frank & Whit(another vey popular natural face care brand) a go. It was AWFUL. I have always had really good skin and never have had bad reactions to different products but this broke my entire face out in tiny little bumps, my complexion was terrible and I felt terrible about my skin. I didn't realize it was my new facial care causing the problem(thought it could have been diet, stress, lifestyle, etc) so I kept using it hoping it would get better. After months(yes months) it just kept getting a little worse and worse. It wasn't until my husband suggested I should switch back to a different cream that I thought of how much I loved Tula. After ditching the other brand, my skin completely dried out, it was so itchy and flakey. It looked worse than when I was using the product but I knew it was just my skin trying to heal. I immediately put my Tula order in, and within a couple weeks my skin was back to normal! I couldn't be more thankful for Tula it completely saved my skin and self confidence. I was very excited to receive and use the product as I had read good things. When I tried to use the product for the first time, I could not get the product to come out of the dispenser. I literally tried for 10 minutes and nothing would come out. I thought that I had been sent an empty bottle so I pried off the top and there was product inside. I put the lid back on and still nothing would come out. I then initiated a request through Customer Service regarding either a return or some type of refund and was told, sorry the order was more than 30 days old and no return could be made. Lauryn, Customer Service rep, said "things happen and we try to be flexible, but sorry we can't help".
