    Summary

Laura Mercier's Secret Brightening Powder for Under Eyes is a transparent, weightless powder to set under-eye concealer, brightens the look of dark circles, and diminishes signs of visible fine lines.

    Benefits

    • Transparent, weightless powder to set under-eye concealer
    • Instantly brightens the look of the under eye area & dark circles
    • Diminishes signs of visible fine lines
    • Micronized pigments won't settle into fine lines or accentuate shadows, even in the eye area
    • Dermatologist & Ophthalmologist tested

Using a powder brush, pat over makeup. Try not to drag the brush over skin.

Because this powder contains white pigment, don't use it on the entire face. Keep to areas to be lightened and brightened around the eyes.

2: Talc, Silica, Dimethicone, Mica, Glyceryl Caprylate, P-Anisic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phalaenopsis Amabilis Extract, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Zea Mays (Corn) Oil, Ethylene/Methacrylate Copolymer, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Tin Oxide. Definitely works!!

This is the first time I've used a setting powder/translucent powder for brightness under my eyes. I have chronically dark areas & bags under my eyes and have used (and continue to use liquid, creamy "brightening" concealers) but those alone have never completely gotten rid of the coloring and if th...

    The worst powder

I just came on here to say, that this is the worst powder, and I don't get why it has such a reputation. I've tried it like three different times, over the last five or so years, and it never does anything else except sit on my face, settle into lines, and clump up my foundation and concealer. It do...

    Cashmere for

When they call it "cashmere for the undereye" they are spot on. I finally sucked it up and sprung for it, and it really is a better under eye powder than any other setting powder i've tried - incl. laura mercier setting/blurring powders, milk, charlotte tilbury, even (i hate to admit) huda. If youre looking for something specifically for your undereyes to set and brighten so you look less like a corpse girly, you found it. I just use a small amount and only on the undereye area and then i usually huda for the rest of my face.

Im 52 for reference, with deep set eyes and the accompanying dark circles they provide. Theres only so much i can do, but this product helps tremendously! I've lost count of how many times ive purchased this. I cant be without it. I use the smallest amount, tapped on with my index finger, over smoothed out concealer (currently Natasha D's hy glam), to set it and brighten my under eye area and my inner & outer corner. I dont get any creasing and i dont look dry or powdery! I love this stuff. Its sheer and brightening. I highly recommend :)

A staple in my make up case

Disclaimer: I left this review for the Translucent Setting Powder by mistake. I haven't used that product. Why should I when I love this one so much? My concealers may change but I love this powder. It's not drying, flakey or cakey. Strongly recommend.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Beware if you have dry, textured under eyes!

I was so hopeful about this, as I need something to cut the shine under my eyes since they can be puffy and have to have concealer to cover darkness and pigmentation. It looks nice right after finishing my makeup, but after a few hours, my under eyes look sooo dry and textured, I look like a corpse! If your skin is smooth and not really dry, it would probably work well...just not for me.
