I really love this product alot!
A tale of two feelings
This does the job. The shampoo and conditioner dries out my hair so that it "plumps" the hair. It does feel voluminous. It also has reduce slow down the hair loss and i feel that my hair doesnt fall out as easily during styling. I repurchase because it slows the process down. I dont feel like it has helped re-grow my hair. I continue to use this for over a year now. The pro list out weigh thr cons. It isnt a oerfect product but it does serve its purpose. To restore the softness I do a deep condition once a month and it feels softer.
It really worked!
I was skeptical about whether this would work and tried other hair serums that were more expensive and pills but nothing really worked. I bought the shampoo and conditioner in april 2025 and for a while I wasnt seeing much difference. Im glad I didnt give up though and when I was looking at my hairline the orher day, I noticed all this new baby hair growth on the thinning sections on both the left and right top of my scalp. I'm not sure if it would work for large patches, but it worked for me. Excited to see how it will look once they fully grow in! It's not cheap, but the large bottle lasts several months and its still more affordable than pills and doesnt require putting extra stuff in your hair after you shower.

SOMETHING has changed... I have been using this stuff for years (#2 system) and my last purchase from Ulta is a different formula or has production issues... The pump top treatment is a foam that quickly turns to liquid. It used to not be so runny. It immediately ran down my face and caused a horrible and painful rash/burn. I have never experienced this before with the #2 system. Ulta please look into this product, it's dangerous!
