I'm not really sure if this product is working for me. I use it in the shower when my hair is soaking wet. After conditioning, it's the first product I apply, then I do my gel. I do not use the root pump every time but when I do it definitely pumps up the volume. I have really thin and fine hair so it help it look a lot thicker even on no wash days.
