Complete the routine:

Step 1 - Cleanse - Shower Gel
Use a small amount of gel. Enjoy the rich, relaxing foam when it comes in contact with water.

Step 2 - Exfoliate - Scrub
Massage in circular motions to slough away dry, dead skin and reveal a softer and smoother body. Rinse with warm water. Adjust the use to your skin type.

Step 3 - Moisturize - Body Lotion
After cleansing and exfoliating, the best thing you can do is to slather on a rich body cream while your skin is still damp, as this will help lock in that moisture.

Precautions: The Ritual of Ayurveda Foaming Shower Gel: Pressurized container: May burst if heated. Avoid spraying in eyes. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 122 degrees F. Keep out of reach of children. 4% by mass of the contents are flammable.
