The smell is not it
I don't know why the smell is hyped as an attribute. It doesn't smell luxurious- just weird and unpleasant. Because of their draconian return policy (7 days from delivery— in my case, before I had even opened the boxes and tried them), I'm stuck with a bunch of product I hate.

This balm caused terrible redness and itchiness of my hands. I have no sensitivity to creams or lotions of any kind so this came as a surprise. I used it twice to see if it was just a fluke the first time, but it wasn't.

Truly the only product anywhere that has helped my chronically dry hands. I put this on and then layer the Paume overnight hand mask. Success!
