Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying. Apply a small amount of Redness Correcting Treatment with a cotton swab or fingertip (a little goes a long way). Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer and blend to neutralize the appearance of redness. Can be used alone or under makeup. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, use a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher.

I've been using the Proactiv Redness Correcting Treatment for a few weeks, and it really helps calm the redness on my face. It feels lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. My skin looks more even and less inflamed. Typically acne spot treatments don't work for me or take several days for me to see a difference when using. This works immediately, it does help with redness although it won't take away the redness entirely, but it will help the area look less inflamed for sure. The next day the pimple is gone. I'm truly amazed by this product and need it on hand always!

I used Proactiv hoping it would help with redness from breakouts. It did help clear my skin, and once the acne improved, the redness faded too. That said, it was a little harsh at first and made my skin dry and slightly red until it adjusted. Moisturizer is a must if you use this. Once I added something gentle, my skin looked better overall. I wouldn't recommend it for super sensitive skin, but it worked okay for acne-related redness. Overall, it helped, but it's not perfect.

This is the first product I've tried from proactive and I'm very impressed with it. Though it comes out green, keeping it on overnight helps reduce the redness and swelling, after a few days this spot treatment helps gross pimples heal.

This product was very helpful. Only need to use a little bit and it covers a lot and made the redness on my face appear less noticeable.
