Most Helpful Positive Review Absolutely Brilliant. Best Makeup EVER! I started using Jane Iredale years ago when I was in high school (I'm 30 now). My mom and I both got hooked on it. She used it for aging skin and I used it for my teenage acne prone skin. Years later I stopped using it because I started using MAC (for performances and stage appearances) which broke my skin out horribly. I jumped around to different makeups like Clinique, Lancome, etc, and eventually came back to Jane Iredale... only to find out, shortly there after, that the only MedSpa/Dermatologist in town that carried JI's products stopped carrying it and started carrying only Colorescience mineral makeup. So I started using Colorescience and continued to use it for about 6-7 years since, and over the years my skin has continued to break out consistently and have never really been completely happy with the way my makeup looked, but it was "just good enough" that I didn't feel the need to seek out the JI products... Now that at age 30 my skin is starting to show age, and is not quiet as resilient as it once was, so I decided to make the switch back to JI. Her products are a little easier to find now so there are plenty of other places that carry it. And OH MY GOODNESS! I have forgotten how absolutely amazing this stuff is!!!! I will never desert you again, Jane! The color/tone (Golden Glow) of the makeup even looks better on than the other stuff I was using before. The coverage is brilliant and my face absolutely glows. I've fallen in love all over again! I also use the Smooth Affair primer. I haven't put my foundation on without the primer yet, but I'm sure it makes a big difference and have heard it is amazing stuff, which is why I bought it. Thank you, Jane Iredale!!
TLDR: This stuff rocks and blows all other makeups away, especially the other mineral makeups! Get. It. Now.
Most Helpful Critical Review Pure Pressed Base SPF 20 the new colors Jane Iredale has been absolutely the best for over ten years to me. I use Pure Pressed Base SPF 20. But recently last winter I was sadly informed my shade of color was discontinued. It has been tough and costly trying to match my skin tone to the new limited shades for women of multiple shades of color. I tried everything and none of the colors are close to my skin tone. Also, I was informed to mix two different colors of pure pressed together to make my shade of color. I was hurt because of course Jane Iredale make up was and has always been absolutely the best until recently. Please consider bringing back or make additional Pure Pressed Base SPF20 colors for women of multiple shades of color. If not this will become costly buying two shades to make one color. Excellent product that has a strong yellow tone to counteract redness. I also use this on my lids as an eyeshadow base/concealer without any irritation.

Really like this product. I use it lightly over Beyond Matte foundation to take down shine and cover hyperpigmentation a bit more where needed. It's a little too matte for me when used alone. I have medium, slightly olive skin tone and find Riviera perfect for summer and Suntan is great for winter.

I have been using this foundation for a couple of months. The tinted moisturizer is my go to, but wanted to try this for the summer. I have normal but sensitive skin, and it can get dry quick with the wrong product. As with all Jane products, this did not aggravate my sensitive skin, and doesn't dry it out. The coverage is great, medium to a buildable full, and it has a natural finish.

I have mild rosacea/sensitive skin. I really like this pressed mineral powder. It goes on quickly and I use it daily as it is my sunscreen too since I can't tolerate regular sunscreen. I appreciate the various shades available and I have a winter and a summer shade. It has no shine and doesn't bring attention to my pores/wrinkles. Decent coverage for daily use. It is not a miracle hide the rosacea redness product but it is a wonderful foundation that protects and doesn't irritate my skin.

Oh this is my go to forever. I love the velvety touch and application of this foundation. It was my first foundation from Jane Iredale and my go to. It covers without feeling heavy or clumpy. It does not congest my pores or break me out.

I have incredibly sensitive acne-prone skin, I'm reluctant to change my makeup but I haven't switched it up in years. Day one of using this and I really love it. I've had my fair share of sh*tty powder makeup, this ain't it! It looks natural and has decent coverage. Someone stopped me in the bathroom today and said I look like a model. That has NEVER happened to be before. I really think if you use this well you'll have that kind of airbrushed looking glow. It's light coverage but seems buildable. Just a tip for other acne-prone folks: sometimes it's better to let spots show through than cake on a lot of makeup, if the goal is to heal your skin, less is more.

I bought this per recommendation from Kiss acne Goodbye program. The coverage is ok, but I am using a different brush, I would like to try it with the proper Jane Iredale brush. I do believe that the clean ingredients are helping my skin to clear up and that is a win. I do believe that with the proper application and once my skin clears this will be a product I love and recommend.

I've been using this product for years. Based on the time of year, I tend to require different colors/tones. If there is ONE product I would recommend--it would be this with the spritz. You can avoid the "cakey" look with the spritz and sponge.

A great way to easily apply foundation with the added benefit of sunscreen. With this foundation you can control how much coverage you have, which I like. I have bought this before and will continue to buy it.

This has been my go-to for 7 years! I've loved this powder foundation since college. I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin. This is the only foundation I can wear that doesn't break me out. Plus knowing there's SPF is great. I wear this all over or spot correct (if I have the right color).

My skin is so fair, that trying to find a foundation that doesn't make me look like a ghost or look like I am wearing chalk, is nearly impossible. This is so natural/sheer/perfect...and no one thinks I have makeup on. My skin looks polished. And now, I always get compliments! A lifetime customer, for sure!

I tried a different color last time and it was the perfect color, but one shade too light. I called customer service snd they directed me to this color. Perfect match. My dermatologist recommended JE many years ago saying it was the only makeup that also repairs skin while you wear it. It's taken me a long time to dive in, but I'm glad I have.

I have been using this foundation for many years. Even though I use sunscreen daily, I still manage to get a little "color" in the summer months and my usual foundation doesn't match as well. This one is perfect. Not only the shade, but the coverage. Love it!

Most data it's all I use on my face to hide redness and mask imprecations naturally and comfortably, better than any other face make up I've ever tried and does not give me more acne! Since using it I can finally wear make up without breaking out. I also love that it provides sun protection. The best ever

I have acne prone, oily skin and I used to struggle to find the right makeup as a teenager. I have been using Jane Iredale, Pure Pressed since I was 21 and 7 years later I still love it. The coverage is all I need and feels great on my skin.

i order this on ulta and it was so CAKEY!!! it showed bad reviews and i have olí skin and ulta wont refund the foundation because i used it ALL I DID WAS ONLY A TAB AND I PUT A TAB ON MY FACE don't buy unless you want to look old
