Use morning and night.
Step 1 - Cleanser: Gently massage 1-2 pumps onto damp skin, rinse and pat dry.
Step 2 -- Toner: Apply to skin with a cotton round or hands, avoiding the eye area.
Step 3 -- Moisturizer: Apply 1 - 2 pumps to face and neck, and gently massage in circular upward motions to fully absorb.
