However in this case being decades long user(1980s)I felt that I should inform you where you went wrong. First the product is OUTSTANDING. My issue is the with packaging. I've used the lip gloss twice now and really love the color and the way my lips feel moisturized after the application. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is I felt it didn't last as long as I'd hoped on my lips, so I have to reapply more often then I'd like, but otherwise I loved it. I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes.

I have been looking for a nice chocolate color so I ordered this lipstick, and I was very disappointed. The color is transluscent at best, and it does not stay in place, and I feel like I wasted my money.
