Hot Tools Turbo IONIC Hair Dryer will dry your hair fast, increase softness, shine, and reduce frizz.
I love, love, love this hair dryer! I never had a "nice" hair dryer. I just got by with my cheapie brand that cost me maybe $15. It finally burned up one day so I was forced to try something new. This hair dryer is awesome! To be fair, I don't have much to compare it to. Comparing it to my cheapie junk hair dryer is like comparing apples to oranges. They are just completely different! I really like that this product has three different heat settings. I don't always want to cook my hair. Sometimes I need to completely dry it fast so I can use the high heat option for that but sometimes I just want to take the extra moisture out of my hair and let the rest naturally air dry. (I just don't want to be dripping water all over my back) It is comfortable to hold in my hand and surprisingly, it isn't all that loud. My cats were terrified of my previous hair dryer and they don't even look up when I use this one. I have long, somewhat wavy hair and find that this hair dryer makes it fairly easy for me to style it with a round brush. I'm no pro at styling so when I say something is easy, it's pretty darn easy! LOL I really like that the hair dryer doesn't feel hot to the touch. My old one heat up so much that I would nearly burn myself if I accidentally touched it. (no wonder that thing eventually burned up!) I don't have to let it sit on the sink for a long period of time before feeling comfortable putting it away again. Overall, I was quite pleased with this product and have been enjoying using it to style & dry my hair. The real test will be to see if it lasts as long as my old junk brand!!!
My husband bought this for me as a mother's day gift two years ago. I had asked for it because I have wavy/borderline curly hair and like to straighten it but also use a diffuser on days I go natural. Well today I went to use it, after using it yesterday with the diffuser, and NOTHING. It wouldn't turn on, it wouldn't click. NOTHING. It was fine yesterday and today it just died. I tried my Revlon hair dryer in the same outlet and it came on. I tried this dryer in a different outlet and nothing. I tried pushing the red button on the plug and nothing. It just died. I think two years is barely any use out of a dryer when I've had a few that have lasted up to 8 years. What's frustrating is I only was my hair every 3 days and when it's straight I don't use the dryer except for every 3 days, and when it's wavy I just use it to retouch my curls with a diffuser shot after I mist them with water and leave in conditioner. Now I'm on here buying a new dryer, but it won't be this one.

This hairdryer has really improved the texture and health of my hair in comparison to cheaper models. Unfortunately it stopped working 13 months after I bought it. I called the company and a new one is one the way. Yay for honoring the warranty!

all the reviews about dying after a year- its true! :( i thought this dryer was pretty great and i took care of it i guess? i kept the filter clean and it never really got banged around or anything and still died way quicker than a dryer of this price should have. i dont have my proof of purchase so i dont know if it would be worth reaching out for a replacment, rather just buy a new one than go through that yearly anyway

i loved this hair dryer, dried my hair and i felt like my hair didn't get as frizzy with it and i got amazing volume. but i haven't even had this drier for a year and it went out on me in the middle of me styling on my bday 🙃. terrible timing i don't recommend this product just cuz it should last more than a year for this price.

It just quit after having it a year. I was in the middle of drying my hair and it died. For the price I paid, it should have last a lot longer than a year.

I loved this hair dryer for about 4 years. I took great care of it and the cord, making sure not to wrap it or causes damage. Then this morning it shot a 4in flame from where the cord meets the handle. It seared my hand. I am very lucky it only skimmed the side of it, half an inch over and I would've needed urgent medical attention. Not worth the risk - I would not recommend.
