I LOVED this product at first. I have longer thick hair up to my butt and it all fitted inside the cap. I used it routinely every night for about a year or so. When I put my hair in the sleeping cap, it stays on and I really like it
Straight to landfill sort of product
The elastic is so tight aroudn my average sized head that it is very unconfortable, and in turn makes it hard to sleep with. No adjustment means its stuck like this. I tried cutting the stitches on the fake bow, and that didnt release any of the tension either.

Too Expensive and it doesn't stay in place
Satin night cab
Put wet hair in pony tail then used the satin flexible rods using satin cap to keep in place while i slept! Then I use the cap when I'm sleeping as I have very long hair & it stops the tangles
