Lip liner
I've been using Black Opal products for over 20 years. I've always been happy, unfortunately I can't say that about the new lip liner. Its not as smooth and I've tried 3 different shades to try to match the old color of black cherry. Im going to try one last time with "Woodlawn"

This lip liner doesn't smear or feather at all! I swatched it on my hand and waited a couple minutes, went back and ran my finger over it several times and it did not budge! The shade is flipping beautiful too, I got it to pair with lime crime pumpkin and fenty freckle fiesta.
