I love this just as a body wash but especially during self tanner season. This makes it super easy to exfoliate prior to using my self tanner and it smells so good even my husband commented on how much he loves the smell.

I use this prior to tanning. Has two exfoliate sides: "pleasantly mild" and "road rash" level. Leaves my skin soft and slightly moisturizer as well. Pleasant smell.

Just used this tonight for the first time to prep for my self tan & I really enjoyed it . So much easier than putting on exfoliating gloves and scooping out a body scrub. Made me skin feel so smooth and soft , not dry and shredded like my previous method of exfoliation. I will definitely continue to purchase and use these sponges .

I was tired of dealing with the mess of exfoliation scrub leaving in my shower so when I saw this I figured I'd give it a shot. It's perfect! My entire body was so soft after and there was no mess at all! I highly recommend it!

Perfect Remedy for Self-Tan Splotches 5

This is the best solution I have found after trying to so many remedies for partially faded or splotchy self-tanners. It gently scrubs and polishes my skin while removing all of the self-tanner but unlike mosts exfoliater options, it does not scratch or dry out my skin. The infused body wash is rich and creamy with a luxurious lather that just keeps going. The sponge is a bit stiff on first use since it is packed with body wash but softens easily with warm water and last through several uses before running out of body wash. My sponge has not fallen apart after many uses, and I just add my own body wash for much the same benefit as before. The scrubber side is not at all harsh yet I rarely have to use it because the regular side scrubs sufficiently to get teh job done. I use this near daily because my skin feel so good after, and I can touch up self-tan boo-boos without removing everything simply by dabbing the sponge where needed while in the shower. I have already purchased two more, one for my travel pack, and another for our vacation home just so I can have one always at hand. Love it!

I love Spongeables. The coconut scent of this particular sponge is so nice. I think it does a good job exfoliating my skin. I didn't buy this product for tanning purposes (I bought it just to use as a cleanser when I shower) so I can't speak to its effectiveness when it comes to that. My Spongeables sponges have always lasted at least a month or more as far as the actual sponge, not the soap in it. They've never deteriorated quickly. In fact, I even use the sponge after the soap is all used up. I add my own body wash to it and continue to get good use out of it. The only thing I don't like about this product is its packaging. I think it's wasteful. I have no use for the zip bag. The packaging makes me hesitant to buy this product again as I don't like being wasteful and try to be as environmentally friendly as I can....hence the deduction of 1 star from my review. I definitely recommend their other sponges that come in simpler packaging, though!

Hands down this is the best sponge for exfoliating before self tanning products. Also I used it before my spray tan. I also use a new one just to bathe it is awesome! You will not be disappointed in this product I swear!!!

This is a game changer for me. I am absolutely obsessed with this sponge. This is a must have if you self tan. I have been self tanning for about 5 years now, and I am so glad I took the chance and purchased this sponge. It is life! It smells amazing and actually feels really good even though I am really rough when I exfoliate. I use it after I have previously exfoliated some of my tanner off and it almost always gets those stubborn places. My skin feels so good afterwards. You won't be disappointed with this purchase. True unbiased review, I have no ties or connections with the company, and wasn't paid or did not receive product for free to review. GET THIS!

I use this in the shower to exfoliate. This product works wonderfully before applying self tanner. If I already have self tanner on it works great at taking it off to prep for more. It's really soapy and soft and I like how it's big enough and shaped to be able to hold in my hand. The other side is soft although I don't use it. It dries fine in the shower between showers, and it comes in a little zippered pouch which I use after. Great purchase!
