Terrible shampoo
Will never buy this shampoo again my hair was healthy and fine until i used this, put 4 big knots in my hair after i just washed it i'll probably be sitting here for 2 hours tearing my hair apart, this should not be selling take this OFF the shelves asap!

This is awful. It dried my hair out. I reached out to customer service for support to see if I could return or exchange and they told me they don't do that. Mielle doesn't care about loyal customers being happy with their products. Do not recommend this shampoo and I will not be buying more Mielle products.

So I know this product is formulated for adults but after I used the Rosmary and mint for myself I decided to try this on my daughter, her hair was breaking, frizzy and horribly tangled and this has been doing wonders for her hair and she absolutely loves it!

I did want to try this product because i was using pattern products before , and pattern was just making my scalp so flakey and itchy so i decided to switch to mielle because i saw it had pretty good reviews. Got the shampoo and conditioner. At first use i noticed my hair felt super dry but no itchy scalp, so i was like okay maybe i will keep giving it a chance . After a few times using the shampoo and conditioner i notice my hair feels still feels super dry after using and a tonnnn of hair shedding in the shower. Now to be fair it does say for type 4 hair, and i have more thick type 3 hair . So maybe that could be the issue ?? But i have low porosity hair so i figured this may work for my dry scalp and itchy problem. Idk. Maybe it works better for those with type 4 hair. maybe if you have type 3 hair probably dont use this product. Gotta find a new product again :'(

It smells great! Downside was that it seems very concentrated or strong, my hair felt very dry after first the wash.
