I really wanted 2 lip liners so I ignored the reviews and bought them anyway. I ordered 2 mauve shades but received toffee & deep brick red. I called, complained & when I got the new liners, they were toffee & deep brick red again. After talking with a rep it's clear that the color names/numbers have been put into ulta's system incorrectly. it's been happening for months but apparently ulta doesn't care. they won't send me what I originally wanted. they can't modify orders. so they're refunding me & telling me to reorder. But I bought them when they were on sale. Now they expect me to pay the full price. RIDICULOUS

Tried to order Toffee 4x and 4x was sent scarlett red berry! This got to be a Joke & ridiculous so, i just gave up . I will give them to my nieces.

Don't bother buying any of the lip liners online becuase you will get sent the wrong color. I ordered rich chocolate and got very plum instead. But in store to save the hassel.
