The ULTA Beauty Collection Plumped Up Pout Liquid Lipstick is a solid product, but it didn't wow me. The formula is comfortable and non-drying, and it does deliver a slight plumping effect, which I appreciated. The pigmentation is decent, but I found it needed a couple of layers for full opacity. It's not the most long-lasting liquid lipstick I've tried, but it wears off evenly and doesn't leave my lips feeling parched. Overall, it's a fairly average product that gets the job done without standing out too much. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for everyday wear, it's worth giving a try!

This product is terrible, stay away from it. The shade is a weird pastel pink that goes on patchily. It feels sticky and smells like plastic. I tried it on once and immediately rubbed it off because it did not feel good on my lips. Do not recommend at all.

This shade was not very complimentary on my tan/deep skin tone. Even when applying a brown lip liner, I just did not like how it looked on my skin tone. The color applied opaquely which I liked. It was comfortable on the lips and did not feel super drying, which I appreciated.

The Ulta Beauty plumped up pout lipstick gives a perfect pout for your pictures. It is vibrant in color, rich in texture and is super long lasting. It is very easy to apply and there are no messy uneven thickness strands as i have seen with other pout lipsticks. I do want to mention that there is a slight ting which is expected with any pout lipsticks and so if you have extremely sensitive skin, this may not be for you.

I was sent this product in exchange for my honest opinion. I am a deep dark skin woman, i order to use this liquid lipstick I had to use a lip liner. The color is cute but wouldn't have been able to pull it off without a liner. It does give a plumping effect. It is affordable and great quality!
