Most Helpful Positive Review Awesome!! I've tried at least a dozen dry shampoos, both sprays and powders. I hated all the sprays, both high end and drugstore. I've been using Alterna and Oscar Blandi Pronto, which are both powders. However, I haven't gotten much volume, one of the main reasons for using dry shampoo. They also don't leave my hair feeling really clean, enough that I feel comfortable skipping shampoo. So I just don't use dry shampoo very often. These powders are just ok, but they didn't blow me away. However, this PHD dry shampoo is totally different from anything else. The ingredients or technology must be completely different because the results were magical! I got tons of volume that lasted for two days, there was no residue to brush out and my hair looked and felt truly clean and fresh. I followed the directions, shaking the can between each spritz and focusing solely on the roots, parting my hair in 1/2 inch sections, including the back. This product is white but the second step is massaging it into the roots. Supposedly it takes about 30 seconds for it to work but I gave it several minutes. After this time, there was no more white powder, it was absorbed by the oil. I have to say that my hair was quite dirty and incredibly, it looked better after using this product than it does when it's freshly washed. It was amazing!! Now I know what all the fuss was about and why my local Ulta is always sold out of this product. They simply can't keep it on the shelf. I'm a huge Living Proof fan, I use PHD s/c, Prime Style Extender, No Frizz Styling Spray, Satin Serum, Root Lifting Spray and Restore Instant Protection heat spray. Now I'm adding another product to this list of successes. This dry shampoo is simply incredible. If you haven't liked dry shampoo in the past, I urge you to give this one a try. The volume and freshness lasts me two days, which is great for my color treated hair. And it washes out easily with no buildup. I love it!

This is my favorite dry shampoo and I've purchased it multiple times but I just got it in the mail today and I used it and after the 5th-6th spray it stopped spraying and won't work anymore and it's BRAND NEW :')

Unbelievable. Game changing. Life changing?? I am on day FIVE of a blowout and my hair is looking so undeniably fresh. Never in my life have I found a dry shampoo that made me feel like I was defying science. I feel CLEAN on day five. What???

Finally! A dry shampoo that doesn't turn my hair colors or make it sticky or smell like grandmas perfume! A little goes such a long way and as a woman with multi race corse, thick hair- I only wash my hair 1/2 a week this stuff does wonders and makes it look like I have fresh and clean hair. LOVE!

I wash my hair daily because i dont like my scalp looking/feeling oily & I've tried many dry shampoos but they don't work like this one! This one sprays on super white but don't worry, it goes away easily once you brush. It has a strong scent but smells good. Makes my hair look & smell clean as if i just washed it… Amazing!

I was introduced to this product by my stylist. I never disappoints. Truly eliminates the oil. Best part- it does not make your hair feel straw-like, as most dry shampoos do. Leaves your hair feeling soft and shiny! Only issue I've had is there are times the bottle stops sorting the product halfway through the bottle contents. Ulta replaces the bottle, no questions asked!

I love this dry shampoo but need a fragrance free version. I found out it's what's been causing tiny little blisters on my scalp and face. I'm allergic to fragrance mix. I loved this but I can't use it anymore and I need a fragrance free version.

This is the best dry shampoo that I've ever used! Makes my day 2 greasy hair look clean and voluminous. I prefer how my hair looks with this dry shampoo vs after it's actually been washed. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

It works as a dry shampoo but it leaves tiny particles on my scalp and the scent is VERY strong and doesn't dissipate. This just did not work well for me.

The best dry shampoo I've used! Doesn't leave white powder (shakes or brushes out) and seems to keep my hair looking clean the longest! Pricey, yes, but worth it in my opinion!

I've used dry shampoos in the past that have been great but this was awful. It didn't work at all and just leaves a weird residue on my hair. I've used it when I needed a mild touch up and lots of help and neither time did it buy me an extra day to wash day. I've tried holding it farther away, rubbing it in, leaving it to sit and no matter what I do it just makes my hair look and feel really gross. I have oil trained thicker than average hair and wash once to twice weekly with it looking fine. If I plan to wear it down I do a little dry shampoo and it looks good as new usually, that did not happen with this product.

This was the first dry shampoo I used. I tried a few other salon brands to save a few dollars, but they ended up in the trash. When I use this my hair doesn't feel like it has product built up on it like with others.

Somewhat of a splurge as far as cost for a fry shampoo. But definitely worth the cost. A little goes a long way. Always get the largest container because it's a better deal!

This stuff works really well! A little definitely goes a long way and it smells great. You do really have to work it in if you have dark hair. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it!
