Most Helpful Positive Review So happy with purchase! This product arrived and I almost returned them unopened due to the fact that the coils are so small. I thought I bought the wrong size. Boy, I was mistaken!! These held up my long (past shoulder length) hair during my high impact workouts. They create the prefect messy top knot without the need to bobby pin excessively. YES, they do stretch out and look like they are only good for one use. However, hit them with the high setting on your blow dryer while they are not in use and they go back to the original size with the same elasticity!
Most Helpful Critical Review The Traceless Hair Ring I like the hair ring on the basis that it works better than a traditional hair tie when putting my hair up and that I can pull it out of my hair easily and without tangle. However, it does not live up to its claim that it does not leave a kink in your hair. It definitely leaves kinks, especially when using it for a messy bun. I am not complaining on that end though, as it gave my hair a nice wave afterwards.

I have thick, mostly healthy hair and these do not hold up a ponytail very well. Definitely starts sagging within the first hour. After some use I notice the rings in the thing are looser because I can now wrap it 4 times and it's still not very tight. My hair reaches my bra line and it gets lost in there when I am taking it out. Not very much different than a regular ponytail holder.
Not as good as others I've had. 3

I put my hair up at night but this comes loose easily and does not hold it.
I was skeptical at first 5

Those look like the cords is a landline phone in the early nineties. So, I wasn't really believing it and I have a massive stash of the old Goodie hair bands no metal but the ones that don't stretch and are thick. They are gone from everywhere. I decide to get some of those as a cart filler to reach a GWP limit. Wow, what a good decision. I wasted ridden for days and my natural wavy hair worries me if I don't detangle it daily. I went and tried those bc I couldn't wash my hair for a week at a time. No breakage, no tangles, no getting stuck in the hair. Yes, they will stretch out with use. But still will continue to do their thing. I ordered more.
Good but don't agree with Traceless 4

I've used these for years, and I do enjoy them. They're environmentally friendlier than normal elastics as you can easily shrink these back to their original size by blasting it with your hair dryer. I've only had one break. They do, however, crimp my hair. I have curly full fine hair, and marks are made if I loop them too hard. Uncertain if I agree with the hair-thinning reviews personally, but you shouldn't need to loop them an exorbitant amount of times for a good hold.
Be very careful using these on the reg. 1

These r great dont get me wrong...they hold your hair and they hold it well. They work with really thick or really thin hair equally. But...... if you use these in your hair regularly you will see some thinning...they hold your hair too tight and put to much pressure on your hair follicles so your hair will fall out more. I definitely notice a difference in hair fallout when I use these compared to a scruncie. Along with the headaches. I honestly think these r a bit dangerous if you like to wear your hair up more than down.
Not worth it 1

Unfortunately this product didn't workout for me at all. I was really excited to try it because of the reviews, but it didn't live up to the hype. It was very difficult to get out of my long curly hair and it pulled hairs out. It also didn't stay put throughout the day. It slowly started sagging.
I've recommended these to all my family 5

I use this anytime I want to hold my hair back. It's actually the most comfortable and non slip hair tie I've ever used. The original in gold is my first set and now I bought the slim invisibobble set of nine, which I love just as much!
Quality product! 5

These hair rings last forever! Love the color because it blends with my blonde hair. So happy I bought them!
Love this product! 5

I've wanted to buy this for a while and finally tried it! It definitely works well to hold my hair up without moving and without creating a crease in my hair. I also like that it keeps its shape after use!
Easy and no BUMP to deal with 5
MarMi from Florida
You know how you sometimes want to put your hair up for a few and then take it down and you have that tell-tale bump or dent? Not with these! I always have one around. Also a non tangle way to put your hair up.
Good 4

For the bronze ones, the first one broke right away and the second one stretched out super fast. I use these regularly because I can't find the 4 pack goody ones anymore. If you buy these get the clear or the thick hair versions.
Not for thick hair 1
Jess from Gainesville, Florida
I wanted to love these but I just can't. It won't keep my hair up. They stretch out too much and don't offer support. I have thick long hair and even when I do a low pony they end up disappointing me.
I haven't used the other hair ties since idk when 5

I got these on boxyCharm I feel in love with them
I would buy this again 4

Kind of bulky so it will hurt if you lay down with a bun or ponytail , but otherwise satisfied it doesn't yank my hair off like other hair ties.
Invis wonderful! 3

I love these and I probably have at least 100. Only twice in the three years since I discovered these have they gotten caught in my hair or took hair with them when they were removed. I have very fine and thin hair and I use these to make a top bun. It adds a little volume and it holds really well. They do stretch out eventually. I put mine in hot water to get them back in shape, you have to use toothpicks to keep them from turning but it does the trick a couple of times making them useful a bit longer. Because of the design, they actually make your pony tails look more voluminous.
They stretch out after many uses 3

Anyone have any issues with these stretching out after months of use..they slide right out of my hair..is this normal?
The only pony holder I use.... 5

Perfect pony holder!!!!
Great for holding pony tail during workouts 5
Val from Houston
Great for holding my super straight, slippery hair in a pony tail while working out.
Not so great for curly hair 3
Amber from NYC
I have 3C/4A hair and I can never take these out without my hair getting tangled in it. They also still leave a kink in my hair. It doesn't seem to tangle in my hair or leave a noticeable kink when my hair is straightened.
These are great for when you want to put your hair up while you're in the shower or while you're deep conditioning. They're super easy to clean!
The best thing to happen to my hair! 5
Samantha B from Maine
This hair ties were a complete game changer for me and my long thick hair! I've always struggled finding thick enough hair ties that would keep my hair up, often times having to use multiple at once. A friend showed me these and I've never looked back! These are fantastic for buns and actually keep them up without the denting. They do stretch out, but go back for the most part. I've had mine for years now and I've never had one break or stretch to the point of not being able to use it. Long thick hairs girls, you NEED this product!!! It's a life changer.
Hate them so much. 1
jacolackalyn from texas
I bought these because I kept hearing how "these are so great"
they are not.
I had one in..(didn't hold my hair firm enough, like I like. It left my pony a saggy ugly mess.
second, when I try and pull it out of my hair, every-time, it rips hair out.
I thought it was the really weird pronounced seam that was doing it.. so I put it in my hair with that up, then when I took it out the next time...I grabbed that seam, so that it couldn't pull my hair out. It was not the seam. So, I bought some different ones, same thing. different style..same thing. I HATE these!
I have a lot of hair. It's fine, long hair (past mid back)
Not it 1
Maddog from PA
These still leave a kink in my hair and are painful to remove. My hair gets ripped out..don't buy into the claims
Struggles with my fine hair 3
RAB from MO
I have very fine & thin curly/wavy hair. I notice it does slip during exercises but that's probably because there's nothing to hold onto lol Other than that works great! I use them all the time. Don't remember the last time I used a regular hair tie.
No Hair Creasing! 5
Chimara531 from Renton, WA
Works exactly as it says it will, I've never had a crease in my hair even when wearing these very tight. Love them!
Great! It held my hair in place firmly with no breakage! 5
Dee from Tampa Bay Area, FL
I use this to hold my hair back off of my face when I'm on or off work. The band stretches out depending on how many times you use it to go around your ponytail. However, it returns back to its original shape after a short period of time when not in use.
