Most Helpful Positive Review THIS PRODUCT WORKS IF USED RIGHT
the people leaving bad reviews were probably not using the product correctly. when you go to apply the product allow the spatula with the wax to sit on the skin for a few seconds before spreading. also a little goes a long way. if you do not allow the wax to heat up with your body temperature it will be hard to spread and painful. this is by far the easiest and less painful than pre waxed strips. also it comes with re-useable cloth strips. as with any product read what the box says, it gives you good tips. really is worth the money.
this is what I did:
put wax on wooden stick
placed stick on skin waited 3 seconds to see if it would spread easily
once spread on skin applied cloth strip rubbed 3-4 times held skin taught as possible and pulled up strip
used same strip on two more areas until the strip no longer pulled out hair.
side note: if using for bikini area, work in small patches, it's a lot easier and less painful.
Most Helpful Critical Review DO NOT BUY THIS
I bought this product excited that it was made for sensitive skin, and that it was hypoallergenic. Oooohhh no! it was so bad. The waxing itself went well, I followed the instructions perfectly, did everything to the book, it definitely removed my hair. But after several hour the redness would not go away. Then it turned into painful itchy bumps! My face had broken out completely into a huge rash all over my cheeks, chin and upper lip. Nothing would make it go away, I've been taking allergy medicine and using coconut oil to ease the inflammation and pain. It's been almost a week and it still looks like I have terrible acne all over my normally clear skin.

I have sensitive skin and this stuff does the job! It even taste good I accidentally put in my mouth when waxing my stache I use it all over my body. And so easy to clean the reusable clothes just put under warm water and rub off wax and leave hang to dry . All you need is water to remove the stickiness left over after waxing on your body it sooo nice !
doesn't remove hair/sticky

just no. I could've substituted molasses and had better luck. doesn't pull fines hairs or thick ones. waste of money.
Not for me
Carley M from Eden Prairie, MN
I have experience using wax strips in the past and wanted to try a sugar wax to see if it would work better. I am disappointed in this product since it was not effective in removing all the hair and left patches. The reusable cotton strips started fraying at the edges after washing. The sugar wax washes off very easy with hot water. I feel that there wasn't enough wax in the container.

Not super easy to use, it takes some getting used to. I heated it up for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave, and it made the wax soft enough to spread. Don't heat too much or it will be too sticky and soft!

I was impressed at first. It went on well, and I got some hairs off. This did not last long. It does not remove all the hairs in an area, and it made my legs swell for almost a full day after. Also, I had what looked like a razor burn in all the spots I waxed. This may work well for some, but sensitive skin beware.
Messy. Only works on long hair

I am glad I let my hairs grow out and it worked pretty well on those areas however it made my armpits bleed and didn't get any hair which was frustrating. Also it attracted ants so beware of any messes you make since it is extra sticky and gooey. It made me a little red and very bumpy but it didn't feel bad so that's normal expectations.
These was the worst wax ever !!!!

These was the worst wax I ever tried if I can not tell you how hard it was to even use the wax because it just goes everywhere
Mel from San Jose
Been using this for years for underarm waxing. Super easy to use and not messy like wax kits that require heating. The wax goes a long way too.
I'm so glad they still make this

An oldie but a goodie. I am happy Ulta sells this product. Great for waxing my legs.
Best at home wax that works

Love that you don't have to heat up the wax. If you're new to waxing make sure you follow directions on how to wax properly! This was is the best, not super messy and easy to use. Love that you chance multiple uses unlike the pre made wax strips. Tip for cleaning the wax strips: soak in warm water for an hour, take out strips and rinse, then toss out water.
Not worth it

It doesn't work. I did everything it said and it pulled out 2 hairs total. Don't waste your money
My holy grail

I've used nads for years (over 10). I've purchased other wax kits and just threw them out after attempting to use them the first time. I love how nads just rises off with water. I suggest using it on cooler, dry days or in an air-conditioned room (not in a humid bathroom right after your shower). If your skin is sweaty (or oily or dirty) while you use this, it won't work as well. But I use this for my upper lip, underarms, bikini area and I love it. It's my holy grail wax kit. I just bought 2 during a bogo 40% off sale so I'm good for another couple years.

This product barley removed any hair. It also left bruises on my skin! Decided just to go with the microwavable wax kit. Heated wax worked much better!
Did not work for me at all
ajsp13 from NC
I attempted to wax my eyebrows with this and it only pulled one hair out total. I don't know if it needs to be warmed even though it says it isn't necessary, but I really didn't have any results at all after using this product

Really unimpressed by this product. I get a professional Brazilian wax regularly but wanted to start waxing my legs as well. Decided to try this as it did not need to be heated so I thought it'd be best for sensitive skin. It goes on very thick and gooey and is near impossible to spread out. However to get the strip to actually pull the wax and hair off, it needs to be thin. Otherwise, it just stays on your leg and makes a mess. In hopes of successfully thinning the wax out, I did briefly heat it. This certainly helped, but again, the cloth strip would only pull a portion of wax and hair off and leave the rest a gooey mess. After about an hour, I had finished the bottom of one leg. So I guess you could say it works with modification, but I would not consider this practical at all if it's going to take 4 hours to wax every couple of weeks...
If you have no waxing experience probably don't buy

I wanted this to work so bad. I have very dark corse hair and this was just an epic fail lol. I'm not going to blame it on the product, maybe it's just me not knowing how to make it work. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone like me who has no waxing experience. It wouldn't stick to my skin; I think I got four hairs removed max. I'm a tough girl, I've gotten my hair waxed professionally before. I know how to "rip off the bandaid," but it was just all gooey and didn't pull. Going to return and head back to the razor unfortunately.
I would buy this again

Great product. It actuallys works. You just have to take your time and work on one section of your body at a time because the cloth they give you in the box isn't enough if you want to do two or more sections of your body.
The only wax I'll ever use!
Shelby from Texas
This was the first product I ever tried to use to wax at home. It does still hurt to remove the hair (which is impossible to avoid) but the fact that this is actually a gel that rinses off easily with just water makes it 1000x less painful in the end. I made the mistake of trying an actual wax product once that was not water soluble and it was a nightmare. I couldn't get the leftover wax off with the wipes that came in the kit so I ended up having to SCRUB it off with soap after I had just waxed the area. Save yourself the blood sweat and tears and use this.
Best wax kit so FAR

Ok I have PCOS and a symptom is facial hair growth . It's a huge insecurity and embarrassing. I've tried sugar waxing, Sally's wax strips, plucking. This is the best one . It's packaged well, you can RESUSE the strips which saves money. I just wash w hot water and let them dry. No heat. Be sure to pull tight to make sure the hair comes off. Overall the best wax kit I've used so far.
Messy, don't know if I'll do it again
Cindy from Michigan
I really wanted to love this. The idea of having smooth legs for weeks made me really want this to work for me. It did an okay job taking out the hair, but I did not have enough cloths to finish my legs and underarms, plus the areas I did wax left me picky. I grew out my hair to the correct minimum length (1/8"), but maybe I should have let it grow out longer? Anyways, I may try again in the next couple days to see if I can get the rest of my leg hair out, so that I don't have patches of waxed and I waxed hair. This left my hands sticky through the entire process, which made everything more of a mess. It's not awful, but I'm not sure if it's worth it for me to spend an entire afternoon removing hair, and not even having it all removed to make it even.

I've tried sally Hansen, nair, random strips..this is the best there is!! Hair came off so easy and this will last me a long time as there is so much wax.
Absolute love it

This Kit is absolutely amazing, so gentle on the skin yet very effective. Used to use a different brand but now I'm so happy I've discovered this kit! It's algo great for the face, very gentle and easy, no mess at all.
I will buy again!!

Great leg wax
I LOVE THIS STUFF
Kiki from New york
This is the first time a wax product has actually worked for me. The pre wax strips would take my skin with it but this swiftly ripped out every hair it could grab and my legs look super smooth. And i was able to reuse a strip about 6 times before it got sticky which is a plus. My only problem is even though i can reuse the same strip i wish the had a bigger tub, i would pay for a 12oz or 16oz. Overall i will repurchase.
It didn't remove any hair at all

It didn't hurt much but it also didn't remove hair at all.
