Is this eyelash primer gluten free?

While tarte can ensure these products were formulated with ingredients free of gluten, the plant where they are manufactured may or may not produce items with raw materials containing gluten. Hi, I have used this a few times and find it is clumping after mascara application. Can you offer any tips to reduce this? I notice when I put the primer on, white clumps already forming even before the application of the mascara! help!

I would probably not buy again
I used this primer for a week according to directions. It made my eyelashes clump when I applied my Tart mascara. Very frustrating
not a fan
tried to travel size to see if it works but I'll stick to my loreal primer that costs like 8$ and works way better. glad I didn't buy the full size.
Love this product
Applies easily and does a great job of providing a base for mascara.
Dried out my eyelashes
I actually found that my Lengthening and volumizing mascara didn't work as well when I applied the primer. I went back to my original eyelash primer by Honest and my long lashes are back!
Where have you been all my life!!!!
Would rate 10 stars if that was an option! I have tried false eyelashes which I earned the hard way that I am allergic to the glue. This product coupled with the tartlet mascara is AMAZING, gives me length fullness and ZERO clumping. If you lashes are clumping, make sure they are clean no makeup from the day before. I don't write reviews but had to write this one. My lashes are very short and sparce; this gives me all that I need to complete my makeup look and a no makeup look. Try the travel size if you are on the fence. Also, as soon as you apply the primer, immediately apply the mascara. To be honest I do not iike the purple tub in Tarte but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Tartelette
