I purchased 2 shades, breezy nude and airy taupe. Airy taupe is cool. I was hesitant to purchase due to the reviews, but was traveling and thought these would be perfect. Beats my high-end shadows
When I first swatched this, I was blown away. I got the Airy Taupe palette, and it will forever be a favorite. The two shimmers are super smooth and velvety to the touch (not gritty at all). The white shimmer is very comparable to the fenty diamond bomb! The matte shades also blew me away. The three middle colors arent as pigmented as other shadows I've tried, but I honestly didn't mind this since I have fair skin. If you have darker skin, you might not like these for this reason. However, they are buildable. They also blend like a dream and are the butteriest shadows ever!
No pigment - I am medium tan, warm undertone
the darkest palette, next to darkest shade literally came on white, and the darkest came on so light ... like a transitional shade, so it will be returned
Avoid purchasing
Color scheme would be great if product had any pigment. I have fair skin, mattes do not show up at any capacity. Glitters were easy to use as toppers. Price of product should be used towards a product like wet n wild instead.
Beautiful colors and texture but terrible color payoff
Don't waste your money. I have purchased other LA GIRL palettes and was really impressed with the quality for the price but these really missed the mark. Yes, they have a very nice texture but the color payoff is nearly nonexistent. Skip these!
Beautiful
One of my favorite influencers raved about these palettes and they're wonderful but you have to know what you're getting. These are cream shadows so they will be more sheer than they look in the pan. I've seen people complaining about this but keep in mind these are not powder. They have a putty texture that dries down to a powder and they blend out so softly on your eyes for a natural look. The glitters are the standout- they give your eyes a scattered wet look similar to very high-end shadows for a fraction of the price. I like to apply a layer of one of the matte shades and then press the glitter on top for a stunning look.
