I ordered the men's cologne for my partner as I wear and LOVE seven summers. Unfortunately the first bottle came completely empty as if it just was missed in thr fill line. Customer service was great and when photos and issues were sent they did send a replacement. . however the second bottle arrived and was leaking from the top all over the box and itself. I was so disappointed, Customer service was helpful again in just issuing a refund. I had to buy a different gift as I didn't have time for a 3rd bottle to ship and hope that one would be fine. I've never had this issue with any of my previous perfume purchases so I am chalking it up to new product kinks as I typically love the dime brand and products.
