I used the brush three times before it broke. This has been the most expensive hairbrush purchased at Ulta and it has been a huge disappointment. The bristles are great but the construction of the handle is poor. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing however it was purchased in-store and did not look through the reviews until the incident. Customer service stated that I have to return to the store for follow up.

The coating on the barrel peels after a while
This was my favorite brush but I can no longer recommend it. As I was blowing out my hair I noticed white specs in my hair and when I looked at the brush I realized the coating was bubbling and peeling. I'm so disappointed. For the cost of this brush this should not be happening. In addition, I'm using BabylissPRO blow dryers so they shouldn't be too hot for the brush. I had to go back to my old brush and will not be repurchasing another of these.
Good brush but suffers from the same issue as most others

I like this brush for the length of the handle and the fact that it glides smoothly through my hair and improves drying time. My only issue is that this brush catches your hair in the areas where the handle and the barrel connect, and in the small silver ring on the brush handle. I find this to be an issue with the cheaper brushes and was hoping that investing in a more expensive option would alleviate some of that problem.

I have long, wavy & thick hair. I've always used a round brush when blow drying my hair, to get it straight, but all round brushes are not created equal. This large round brush gets my hair dryer quicker and it also gives me the best blowout & volume. I've never had a round brush that works like this. I find it to be very lightweight given how large it is, & very easy to handle. It has truly changed my blow drying game!
