In LoveI have long hair, not pin straight but straight. I am so excited to tell you that this is just an amazing product complimentary from Alterna Haircare. First off it's Vegan lightweight, and the smell is something I can not really describe but I absolutely LOVE THE SMELL. It's not a strong scent, but it's just enough to make a statement on its own. Very light clean scent. Apart from leaving your hair manageable and glossy and with a beautiful scent, it's also controls frizz. I live in Texas (dry, humid) and summer time is even hotter. This amazing product provides environmental and heat protection up to 450 degrees F. I'm not sure about you guys, but I don't usually apply heat protection unless I use hot tools and that is wrong of me to do. Environmental heat can also damage hair. The texture is light and not sticky and blends easily into my hair. I have tried other products but nothing like this one. It has heat protection, reconditions and seals the hair, apart from leaving it soft and manageable for me. I have fallen in love with this one, it's a must try.Jury is still outI have natural curly hair that has been color treated for many years and have been looking for something where I can just blow my hair dry and not have to use my straightener to tame the frizz on the days I don't want my natural curl - which is most days. I used this the first time, and it made no difference. I will try again, using a little more. If there still is no difference, I'll be returning it.

Glow for It Universal Gloss gifted by Alterna, The gloss works beautifully on all type of hair. My current favorite and my goto hair gloss currently. Definitely a recommendation on you Haircare products.

Less frizz

I was supposed to receive this complimentary from Altena Haircare but didn't receive it so I purchased it myself. I needed a new heat protector anyway. This does a good job and makes my hair smell good. It definitely seems to help it stay protected. My frizz is better controlled with it. I do think the price is a bit steep for a hair protector. I have gotten other really good ones at better prices. I would purchase again if it was on sale

Just a drop of the gloss is all that is needed to transform my hair to give is a sleek and shiny look. It has a light texture with a hint of botanical. I naturally have oily scalp so I only applied it from the midsection to the ends and my hair looks shiny and well hydrated. Complimentary from Alterna Haircare.
