Most Helpful Critical Review MURAD OUT HERE SCAMMING US So I got a sample of this and I was using it and I thought "Wow. This smells so familiar. Where have I smelled this before?" then I was doing my makeup today with my Smashbox Primer Oil... and there it was. Same smell, same consistency. Skin felt the same after using it. So I went on the ol' Google and got ingredient lists from Smashbox and Murad websites. THERE IS ONE DIFFERENCE IN THE INGREDIENTS. Limonene. Which has almost no major effects on skin and was the last listed ingredient on the Murad ingredients so that means that that's the smallest amount of an ingredient in the Murad formulation. Save yourself $31 and get the Smashbox Oil Primer which retails for $41. (The markup is probably high for Smashbox, can you even imagine how much bank Murad is making from the markup on this product??) You played yourself, Murad.

This oil initially feels nice, but it absolutely clogged my pores. I tried using less by mixing just a few drops with a lighter moisturizer, but it still caused breakouts. For the price and result, this one is a hard pass.

I developed these dry brown leather like patches on my cheeks. I bought the trail size, and after 1 week I noticed a difference. By the end of the bottle my face totally cleared up. I will most definitely buy the vitamin oil again!

I saw this because I was using the Murad moisturizer (also recommend) and I was like excuse me this is so expensive what can it offer that my $7 rosehip oil Cant?! But it had such good reviews I decided to try it for 4 days then return if it wasn't worth it. Well… it's worth it. It's lightweight yet moisturizing, will last you forever, feels luxurious, and my skin looks bomb. I'm glowing and my lines and texture disappearing. Give it a chance!!!

I've purchased this oil 3 times and love the feel of it (absorbs easily in my skin) & my skin feel s moisturized and looks clear. Overall I love it except that the price is a deterrent so I'm looking for an alternative..

I have very dry skin and after adding this oil to my skincare routine I noticed a difference in literally days! My pores are smaller and my skins tone is finally even! You don't need as many drops as it says in the "how to use" I use maybe three and it's enough! Great for hair to! I hate the price but it's worth it!

I've used Murad in the past and I've always lived for the products that I have owned. While the infusion oil is not a bad product (and if it works for you then it works), it just didn't cut it for me. It wasnt bad but I just wasn't like in love with it like others. It is full of vitamins that your skin obviously needs to look it's best but I know it won't be a product that I own again. It didn't blow me away and it just kinda was like eh (but I love other products from Murad). No hate just truth.

As someone with hyperpigmentation from acne scarring and hormonal changes, this product really works. It helps brighten the skin and moisturize the skin.

Great product so far! Absorbs very well without a greasy feeling. A couple of drops are all that's needed as I live in a humid, hot climate.

I have perioral dermatitis so I need to be careful when using new skincare products. I bought a small sample set at Christmas that had this small version. I liked product so I but bullet and bought large one. Unfortunately about half of the bottle leaked out in my drawer during quarantine so I wasn't able to bring it in anywhere. I'm not sure I will continue using solely due to the package issue.
My 5th bottle... not kidding. 5

THIS oil changed my face forever. I got it as a gift and it's my holy grail. It's made up of vitamins and let me tel you that your skin will THANK you with this product. It evened out my skin tone and it hydrates it so well. A 50/50

I had really dry, flaky, uneven skin. After about a week or two of using this I noticed a huge change and no longer have dry patches or flakes and my skin tone has evened out. Love this product!

I have pretty dry skin and while I don't get pimples often, my biggest insecurity was my texture and just the dullness of my skin. This stuff has made the biggest impact on my skin and I have gone through 3 bottles of it. I swear it's like overnight my texture improved and I can notice when I don't use it anymore, my skin becomes rough and dull again. It is pricey but if you are really looking for something to change your skin, this stuff is worth it. Plus it's not super heavy so even people w oily skin can use it! It is literally straight nutrients for your skin in a bottle!

After 2 uses (morning and evening), I noticed bumps starting to form on my cheeks and jawline. I have never had a breakout in my life (I'm 36); only the ONE pimple in a blue moon. Instead of waiting to see if those bumps would turn into a full on breakout, I discontinued use. I have sensitive (not reactive) and dry skin.

I was on my way to purchase Clarins Lotus Oil & a saleswoman asked what I was looking for & I told her I have huge pores , oily skin and was worried about dullness as I get older. (I am 61). I mentioned the Clarins but she took me to Murad and described the benefits of this vitamin oil. I've been using it for two weeks now & I can see that my pores have blurred somehow & my face looks hydrated. I love this Oil & daily. You don't need a lot to do the job: there is a dropper for administration and I use 4 drops for my face. It's not too pricey compared to some lines, but it is worth its weight in gold.

I received this product as a bundle with the Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum. I didn't try it for months. I have oily skin, very dry skin and eczema which make skin care a challenge. It seemed counter-intuituve to put oil on oily skin. I also have a lot of sun damage. I have never written a review for a skin product. Having said all that, This product is AMAZING! I noticed my sun damage fading in two days! I thought I was crazy. After one week my husband and children commented the clarity of my skin. I even tried it on some of the spots on my arms and legs. After one week thay are almost gone! I use very little after I lightly exfoliate and before the serum. My eczema also has significantly improved. I wish I could afford to use this on all of my skin. Best product ever!

I love face oils and have a pretty big collection of them, but this oil is just a little too... oily. It sits on my skin and doesn't feel like it absorbs in. It just looks very greasy on the skin. I haven't noticed any amazing results from it especially considering the high price. It doesn't break me out or cause skin issues, but it doesn't really do anything positive either. The ingredients are somewhat subpar for the brand. I love murad but this was very disappointing.

I've tried all types of oils since my skin is very dry I'm in my late 30's and have Lupus so my skin is not only dry but sensitive. I've tried all the expensive brands. And not one can compare to this one I use it before bedtime and under my make up and gives my skin a flawless less look. I combine it with their moisturizer as well .

I got one of these in my subscription box and was immediately amazed. I have sensitive dry skin and have tried everything to help my skin and nothing has worked like this. I can say that I will never go without this in my daily routine. I use this after cleansing and toner, after allowing this a few min to absorb I then moisturize. It's a holy grail product that absorbs without leaving your skin clogged and greasy.
