Shake gently. Apply one coat to clean, dry bare nails. For extra thin nails apply daily for up to 4 days. Remove with nail polish remover and repeat after 4 days. If wearing nail color, use as a base coat, then apply color.

This is a good product. It's not as good as their original nail hardener. But this is a nail strengthener. I mean I guess my nails were stronger. But I prefer the nail hardener.
