How To Use
Pour desired amount of product into cap. Swirl brush around to pick up powder and brush across the face. Apply to the face and neck and build coverage as preferred. Pairs well with Ulta Beauty Collection's Buffing Foundation Brush #13 or a beauty sponge for baking.
