Most Helpful Positive Review Excellent Primer I really like this primer. It's not greasy and leaves a natural finish that is not overly matte or too dewy. It does have a mild scent, but it doesn't linger and isn't offensive at all as others here have claimed. It definitely has a subtle smoothing and evening effect, and does extend the wear time of my makeup. I started with a mini to give it a chance, and I've since repurchased a couple of full sizes. It does not pill up as others have stated - I've used this in conjunction with several other moisturizers and many brands of makeup without any issue. It doesn't take much, so the pilling others have experienced probably has to do with over-application or interaction with other products they're using.
As long as NYX makes this primer, I'll be using it!
Most Helpful Critical Review Just okay I think it's really easy to pretend to love this because it's super cute and it feels nice on the face but other than that it kinda really does nothing for the skin. It doesn't make your makeup last longer or make it look any more glowy or more dewy, it also isn't matte so I'm not sure what it's actually supposed to do besides be cute and fun to use. I'll use it up, just won't but again. Also mine came half empty.. for $8, absolutely ridiculous. Worth a try, but not a favorite. It does smell amazing though!

I don't see the hype, i think this is a very average primer. Teenage me would rave about this, but adult me, eh. It's ok in a bind. The consistency is very smooth but I wouldn't say it smoothed my face at all. I could definitely see my pores more than I typically do with my every day primer. The smell was light, which I enjoyed. I probably wouldn't repurchase, instead I'll keep for on the off chance I run out of my usual stuff.

...I mean, come up and shake me, and tell me to use a primer. I cannot believe the difference this primer made! I could tell as I was putting it on that it is just amazing - it could be worn alone! My pores, even the big-ish one on my nose, almost disappeared! I hated to cover it with makeup. But when I did, the results spoke for themselves. My skin tone was even, no dark spots, and my makeup lasted all day! (except mascara, I need help!) I felt pretty again for the first time since Covid started. My confidence was sky high. I'll never go without again.

I love this primer it really made my makeup stay in place and came off with ease as well. It was gentle on my face and gave me a quality canvas to begin to the application of my cosmetics allowing it to achieve the ideal look without any visible caking or creases.

Didn't really love this as a face primer, but as a LIP primer? Fantastic! A tiny dot of product swiped on lips and slightly outside lip line keeps lip products completely in check, even without lip liner. Slightly tacky and smoothes the lips nicely. Like it better for my lips than the Mac Prime & Prep which is specifically made for lips. The mini has lasted me many months. Enjoy!

I like this primer a lot. It just glides and has a very nice finish. When the make up is applied it is easily absorbed and it is lightweight

This did absolutely nothing for my skin. My makeup didn't look any different on top of this than it does without using primer. It made my face super oily and the smell was an absolute no go for me. This stuff was definitely overpriced and overhyped for what it does.

I don't normally use primer since a lot of them pile on after my skincare but this one didn't pile! Kept my foundation and cream contour and cream blush together all day (even with wearing mask). Hasn't made me breakout so far and I have acne prone skin. I would repurchase.

I bought a small tube to see if it lived up to the hype on social media. My opinion is no. It's just okay. Certainly didn't stand out as a product that made much difference in how my foundation stayed on or looked.
