Confused about the hype
I have extremely oily skin so naturally, hearing all the amazing reviews about how matte and lightweight this formula is, I was very intrigued. Upon first application I wasnt impressed. The coverage was definitely buildable but was going on a bit patchier than im used to. I definitely had to smooth it out and put in some arm work with my blender to make it even. After a few hours of wear I realized the areas around my nose were looking super cakey as if the foundation was migrating there. Which is very odd for a matte foundation that seemed to feel like was in place. Halfway through the day I realized the foundation was seperating and appeared grainy. This foundation was not long wear for me at all even with my holy grail setting routine of the Iconic London Prep Set Blur spray and my huda beauty powder. Im glad it worked for many people but if you had the same experience I did, youre not crazy and it just didnt work for us unfortunately.

Good skin tone matching, blends easily

I like that this foundation is buildable so you can have light coverage to full coverage. This foundation stays on for a good amount of time, not as long as others I've tried. But enough for my needs. It doesn't make my skin breakout.
