The good: great staying power and the best color selection. The eyeshadow sticks are really easy to use. The bad: Based on the great reviews, I bought multiple colors and unfortunately they all irritated my eyelids causing them to turn red, swell, and peel. I tried multiple times and the irritation is exactly where I put the eyeshadow stick color(s). A huge bummer because I really liked be the product. I noticed a few recent reviews also had the same problem. One other small con, two of my five sticks fell out, but I was able to catch it before it fell on the floor and was able to shove it back in. I'd probably be more upset but I can't use it due to the irritation to my eyelids which didn't "heal/go back to normal" for a week each time.
