Takes some patience and getting used to, but slowly worksInitially frustrated as it felt impossible not to get the serum INTO the eyes. I kept wondering why the product was meant to be applied right at the lashline while simultaneously having a warning label to NOT get it in your eyes. Needless to say, I had to rinse my eyes out a lot at first. However, you eventually get used to the application and it gets much easier. For this product, A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. I applied one dip for both eyes every night for 6 weeks. It really helps to set an alarm to do it in the evening. However, it's not a good idea to do it right before bed. I usually apply it just before I brush my teeth to give the serum adequate time to dry before sleeping. If you close your eyes before it's dry, I find it gets into the eyes more easily. Although the growth was slow and the changes were subtle, I do notice a slight difference. My lashes are a little bit longer, but definitely a lot denser with more lift (very obvious on the top layer closest to the lid). I also feel like I'm getting better mascara application. I do believe that my lashes are stronger and healthier, because I used to pull out a lot of lashes during makeup removal, but this has significantly improved since using the lash serum. I plan on continuing until it's done! If I keep noticing improvements, I will likely buy another one.Stronger lashesUsually lash serums leave my lashes sticky and have a horrible smell. This one did not feel oily, sticky and did not smell which is a huge plus. I didn't even feel it in after I applied. To start with my lashes are extremely short and very thin, I did not see a huge difference in the length but they were much stronger and softer. I didn't find my lashes falling out everyday which is a big plus. I wish the length of them increased more as I can't see a difference in the length but I think I need to be more consistent and use it for a longer period of time before I see if a noticeable difference. I used the product a few times a week (3-4 times) and have used it for roughly 6.5 weeks.

I bought this back in late January and have been using it consistently at night since then, but there hasn't been any change. wouldn't buy it on sale, much less full price

Better price. Better ingredients. Better lashes.

I bought this & saw thicker lashes w/in a week. Lashes on top of lashes. I tried Grande Lash MD for 3 weeks and did not see the results like Velour AT ALL. And Grande is $20 more. Moreover, check the ingredients, Velour carries many peptides and Grande contains proteins and hyaluronic acid. Save your money and stick with Velour.

Little preface: During August of this year, I permed my eyelashes in hopes of them looking longer. The eyelash perm made my eyelashes break and fall out due to the dryness it caused. I noticed this immediately and set to Ulta to purchase GrandeLash to restore them, but I found this product next to it. I immediately noticed that it's 20$ cheaper than GrandeLash. I compared the ingredients of the two products, which are almost identical. I think this one had less ingredients if I'm not mistaken. I decided to try this due to the comparisons, cause why pay more for the same product? I've used GrandeLash before. Don't get me wrong, it's a great product, but the Velour has blown. my. mind. It worked faster, my lashes are much thicker, they are so much longer, and they're more moisturized than ever! I have also noticed the change of integrity in my eyelashes. I don't have much breakage anymore, even when taking eye makeup off. I have never loved an eyelash serum as much as I love this one and I recommend to anyone looking for longer, thicker lashes. I wish I had comparison pictures to show because the difference really is incredible!

I was hoping for better results

I had high hopes for this lash serum but am sadly disappointed. It's been almost 4 weeks and no form of visible results. I have honestly had better results with simply applying castor oil with essential oils to my eyelashes that using this product. I will continue to use this product ubtil the tube finishes, hopefully it will yield better results with a little more time.

I've been only using this five days and I see a difference! I've been trying to find a good lash serum and this one wins. I've even tried grande lash and it bothered my eyes soo much. This dries down fast. Even my bottom lashes have gotten thicker and longer. My husband actually asked what I had done to my lashes because he noticed a difference.
