I used to sell Avon, so I have a bunch of their lip balms, which are great, but... this is way better! It's thick but not in an uncomfortable way. It gives my lips kind of a numbing feeling but as uncomfortable as that sounds, it actually feels pretty good! My lips feel very soft & smooth in the morning! There's nothing slippery, shiny or emollient about this mask. I'm not sure what ingredient is drying in this, but it's bad. I usually use Burt's Bees Wax religiously (the original), but wanted something new with a different scent. I will stick with my OG. I quit using my BBW and used this for three days in a row. On day three my lips were dry, itch and red. I stopped using it immediately and went back to my BBW. It went away in about two days. If you are purchasing this for moisture stay away.
