Lips: Exfoliate dry lips with a wet washcloth, soft-bristled toothbrush or brown sugar. Apply with applicator from center of lips outward. Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute in between applications. Use on bare lips or under or over lip color for more intensity.

Cheeks: Dab onto apples of cheeks and blend with a blush brush or makeup sponge.
