I have a hard time building this formula up to get volume. It makes my lashes look shorter. I get this weird flat end look like I trimmed my lashes when I use this mascara. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like this mascara. Love the wand and how it lift my lashes. It does what it says . I used one coat and my lashes looked natural and lifted. For volume apply 2-3 coats. The wand has a double helix pattern that has two modes: lifting mode to separate and lift lashes from root to tip, and impact mode for buildable full body volume . The formals is light weight and buildable to get full volume. Get natural to full lifted lashes .
